Quirk Quiz is the My Hero Academia roster challenge on MHAdle. You are handed a group, such as Class 1-B, the Pro Heroes, a family or every character tied to one story arc, along with a clock. Name as many members as you can before it hits zero. It is the MHA quiz for fans who can list the whole of Class 1-A without looking, and a humbling one for anyone who forgets Koji Koda.

Groups are built from the site's character database, so they cover factions, U.A. classes, hero and villain ranks, arcs and families, plus a few special lists like female characters, awakened quirk users or everyone with a power level of 80 or more. A group can hold as few as three names or as many as thirty, and you can play up to ten quizzes a day, each with a different group.

How to Play Quirk Quiz

Press start and the group appears with a counter showing how many names it holds. Type a name in the box; after two letters, suggestions with portraits appear, and you can click one or press Enter when a single match is left. You do not need full names: surnames, given names and well-known hero names are accepted, so Deku, Uravity, Red Riot or Aizawa all count.

The timer starts at ten seconds per name in the group, with a minimum of thirty seconds and a maximum of two minutes. Every correct name adds five seconds, and every wrong answer takes three away, so careless guessing costs you. Each name you find fills its slot in the grid with the character's portrait.

The round ends when time runs out, when you have named everyone, or when you press Give Up. The results screen shows your percentage and every member of the group, found or missed. Signed-in players appear on the daily leaderboard, ranked by the share of the group they named, with time as the tiebreaker.

Quirk Quiz Tips

Start with the names you are certain of. Each correct answer buys five seconds, so a quick opening streak effectively lengthens the round and leaves room to think about the harder members later.

Work through a group systematically rather than at random. For Class 1-A, go through the Sports Festival brackets or the provisional licence exam teams; for the Pro Heroes, walk down the hero billboard from Endeavor and Hawks; for the League of Villains, start at the bar from the early arcs and then think about who fought in the Paranormal Liberation War. A mental checklist stops you circling the same five names.

Be careful with near misses. A wrong name costs three seconds, and rank and arc groups follow how the database files each character, which is not always everyone who appeared in that part of the story. When you are unsure, spend the time on a name you are confident belongs.
